Chen Zhiqiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Putian Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, led a team to conduct an on-site investigation on the Hanas Putian Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Receiving Terminal project on the afternoon of February 10. He stressed the need to thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, comprehensively implement the provincial party committee's action requirements of "deep learning, striving for excellence, daring to be the first, and working hard to achieve results", accelerate the project construction, continuously strengthen factor guarantees, and ensure the project starts, is completed, becomes operational, and delivers results at an early date, providing strong support for the high-quality development of Putian City.

Chen Zhiqiang listened to the report on the project progress and pre-construction preparations from Yang Hong, the general commander of the project construction, and inspected the pre-construction conditions of the wharf project on site. He fully affirmed the project's phased achievements. He pointed out that the Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project is a major project for ensuring national energy security and serving the economic development of Putian. It is imperative to closely follow the project's construction timeline, accelerate the progress, carry out various mobilization as soon as possible, and make full preparations for the full commencement of the project. He emphasized that all departments in Putian City should actively cooperate to facilitate the project construction, providing support for this landmark project of Fujian-Ningxia cooperation.
