EPC Contract Signing Ceremony for Supporting Terminal Project of Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Station Successfully Held
On April 27, the signing ceremony for the EPC contract of the supporting terminal project for the Hanas Putian LNG receiving terminal was held in Putian. Kong Ansheng, Chairman of Fujian Hanas Group, attended the signing ceremony. Leaders from five participating units led their respective teams to witness the signing, including: Song Wentao, Party Secretary and Chairman of CCCC Second Harbor Consultants Co., Ltd.; Lu Dian, Deputy General Manager of the Southeast Branch of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.; Liao Liangbin, Deputy General Manager of China Chemical Engineering Seventh Construction Co., Ltd.; Zhang Zhensheng, Deputy General Manager of Wood China; Zhang Yong, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Commerce Co., Ltd.
Before the signing ceremony, Hanas held an in-depth and friendly discussion with the participating cooperative units. Chairman Kong Ansheng emphasized that the Hanas Putian LNG receiving terminal project is a landmark initiative under the new model of Fujian-Ningxia collaboration and a crucial component of the national energy strategy. Its completion and operation will bring new significance to the two-way cooperation and coordinated development between Fujian and Ningxia. The signing of the EPC general contract for the supporting terminal project marks an important milestone, indicating that the project has entered the critical phase of construction. Upon completion, this project will not only enhance the natural gas supply and storage capacity in Fujian Province and surrounding regions but also provide mid-to-long-term emergency reserves for Ningxia. It will further promote green, low-carbon development and optimize the energy structure in both provinces (regions).
