It is understood that Eastern Thermal Power has now entered the operational state for winter heating supply, with the outlet water temperature reaching 45°C. It is ready to further increase the supply water temperature at any time according to temperature changes, fully meeting the heat demand of each heat exchange station. After listening to the report on production and supply guarantee, Chairman Ma Fuqiang instructed Eastern Thermal Power to strengthen scientific scheduling arrangements, ensure the safe and stable operation of facilities and equipment, and effectively improve both safeguarding capacity and service levels.

When hearing that "the average room temperature of residents reached 21°C in 2022 and 2023, leading to a significant increase in public satisfaction," Chairman Ma Fuqiang praised, "Twenty years of persistent efforts, remaining as dedicated as the first day; Western Thermal Power has devoted itself to safeguarding warmth for the community. Upon entering the liquefied natural gas plant area, Chairman Ma Fuqiang gained a detailed understanding of resource supply, emergency reserves, and safety production. The LNG storage tank has a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters. As an important facility for peak shaving and emergency storage of urban gas in Yinchuan, under normal circumstances, it can meet Yinchuan's gas consumption demand for two months; under extreme winter conditions, it can provide a continuous and stable gas supply for Yinchuan for 10 days. In the loading area, Chairman Ma Fuqiang inspected the fire extinguisher box on site and reviewed the fire extinguisher inspection log. He emphasized the need to always focus on coordinated prevention, strengthen the foundation of safety production, and effectively enhance both safety production standards and energy supply guarantee capabilities.
