Leaders of Ningxia Branch of China Development Bank Conducted Field Investigation on Putian Project

On March 10, Tang Li, President of the Ningxia Branch of China Development Bank, and his delegation came to Putian to investigate the Hanas Putian LNG terminal project and conducted a field investigation on further promoting project docking and cooperation. Zhang Xuefeng, President of the Fujian Branch of China Development Bank, Xiang Yi, Vice President of the Ningxia Branch, and Hao Wei, Vice President of the Fujian Branch, participated in the investigation. Chen Zhiqiang, Standing Committee Member of the Putian Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, and Zheng Jiaqing, Standing Committee Member of the Putian Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, held in-depth exchanges with the leaders from the Ningxia and Fujian branches of China Development Bank. Lin Xiulan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Meizhou Bay North Bank Economic Development Zone, and Yu Xiaodong, Director of the Management Committee, attended the discussion.

Chen Zhiqiang said that currently, Putian is thoroughly implementing the action requirements of "Improving Efficiency, Enhancing Efficacy, and Increasing Benefits" put forward by the Fujian Provincial Party Committee, aligning with the decisions and deployments of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, bending down to focus on industry, wholeheartedly seeking development, and comprehensively promoting high-quality development and striving for new heights. The Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to the Hanas Putian LNG terminal project. It is hoped that China Development Bank will actively give full play to its advantages, jointly promote the development of Putian's energy industry, and realize win-win cooperation between Fujian and Ningxia. The Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will make every effort to create a high-quality business environment and provide enterprises with full and efficient services.

Tang Li said that the Hanas Putian LNG terminal project is the first major energy project invested in and constructed by Ningxia in Fujian Province and a demonstration of Fujian-Ningxia cooperation and mutual assistance. China Development Bank will further strengthen contact and carry out in-depth cooperation with Putian.

In the afternoon of the same day, Tang Li and his delegation went to the construction headquarters of the Hanas Putian LNG terminal project and held in-depth exchanges at the project site. He said that the construction of the project is conducive to ensuring national energy security, aiding the development of clean energy, and creating a new model of Fujian-Ningxia cooperation. He pointed out that China Development Bank and Hanas have a good foundation for cooperation, and China Development Bank has the responsibility to help enterprises develop in a healthier, more sustainable, and higher-quality manner. China Development Bank will further strengthen contacts and carry out in-depth cooperation with Hanas Fujian Energy Group.

At the exchange symposium, Wang Shaobo welcomed Tang Li and his delegation and thanked China Development Bank for its support to Hanas's development. The Hanas Putian LNG terminal project is a major project of Fujian-Ningxia cooperation. Through this on-site investigation and exchange, China Development Bank can have a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the project construction and the industrial layout of Hanas Fujian Energy Group, which will lay a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides.
