On August 8, 2017, the 21st joint meeting of Fujian-Ningxia mutual learning, mutual assistance and counterpart poverty alleviation cooperation was held in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. You Quan, Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Shi Taifeng, Secretary of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Regional People's Congress, delivered speeches.
