Ningxia leaders investigated and investigated Hanas Putian LNG project

On the afternoon of May 8, 2019, Wu Xiuzhang, Vice Chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, led a delegation to Putian City, Fujian Province, to conduct investigation and research on our company's Hanas Putian LNG project. Liu Changqing, Deputy Secretary-General of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, Zhao Xuhui, Director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region, Zhu Dong, Director of the Autonomous Region Government's Office in Fujian, and Chen Zhiqiang, Vice Mayor of the Putian Municipal People's Government, accompanied the investigation.

At the project site in the Dongwu Port Area of Meizhou Bay, Wu Xiuzhang and his delegation received a work report from Wang Shaobo, Vice President of the Group, on the project's planning, design, and progress. They visited the construction headquarters of the Hanas Putian LNG project and gained a detailed understanding of the Group's development layout for building a complete natural gas industry chain characterized by "connecting the coast with the hinterland and integrating the upstream, midstream, and downstream." They fully affirmed the achievements made by the Group.

After learning that the Group has achieved an annual output value of over 20 billion yuan in the clean energy sector and holds a 15% market share in the national LNG trade business, Wu Xiuzhang pointed out that the Group has developed rapidly in the field of clean energy, which aligns with the requirements and direction of energy transformation and reform, and should continue unswervingly on this path. As a key project in the Group's LNG industry layout, the Hanas Putian LNG project should intensify its work promotion efforts to facilitate the project's early approval, commencement, completion, and operationalization. It should benchmark international standards, construct with high standards, plan and design scientifically, adopt advanced and applicable technologies and equipment, optimize the construction plan, establish a professional management team, strictly control quality and safety in all aspects, and go all out to create a high-quality project that can withstand scrutiny.
