Putian New Energy Industry Development Special Leading Group Visits Putian LNG Project

On February 7, 2022, the special leading group for Putian's new energy industry development and investment promotion went to our company's Hanas Putian liquefied natural gas (LNG) project for an investment promotion tour. Zheng Jiaqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, Wu Zongxing, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Zhu Haihui, Vice Mayor, participated in the visit. Cai Songqing, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Party Working Committee of Meizhou Bay North Bank Economic Development Zone, and Kong Ansheng, General Manager of Putian company, accompanied the visit.

The leading group visited the exhibition hall of the Putian LNG project, where they learned about the project's progress in detail, and exchanged views on the future development vision and cooperation intentions. After carefully listening to the report, Zheng Jiaqing stressed that through the continuous efforts of all parties, the Hanas Putian LNG project had obtained approval from the National Development and Reform Commission, marking the project's final implementation. All parties should continue to leverage their advantages to consolidate the positive outcomes. First, by capitalizing on the superior resource endowment, they should achieve coordinated development of the resource industry, accelerate the expansion of the upstream and downstream sectors of the new energy industrial chain, and enrich the industrial chain. Second, they must implement the requirements of the Putian Municipal Party Committee to "engage wholeheartedly in industrial development and dedicate themselves to seeking progress", focus on project services, unblock communication channels between the government and enterprises, cooperate closely, and jointly promote the accelerated development of Putian's new energy industry.
